GlucoseTrack ("we", "us", "our") is a diabetes and GLP-1 medication tracking app for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses, how that data is handled, and your rights.
TL;DR
- All your health data stays on your device. We do not run servers that store it.
- We do not have user accounts. We do not require sign-up.
- We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
- The only personal data we ever receive is what you email us for support. We also collect anonymous usage analytics — event counts only (e.g. "logged glucose"), never your health data.
What data the app uses
The app stores the following types of data locally on your device only:
- Blood glucose readings you log
- Food and nutrition entries you log
- Medication entries (e.g., Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, insulin)
- Water intake
- Personal profile information you enter (e.g., glucose target range, dosing schedule)
If you grant permission, the app may also read and write to:
- Apple Health (iOS only) — reads glucose data you've logged in Health, writes new readings back so they appear in Health. All transfers happen on-device through Apple's HealthKit framework. We do not see this data.
- Your device camera — used only by the AI food scanner feature to identify food. Images are processed for nutrition recognition and are not stored or transmitted by us.
What data the app does NOT collect
- We do not have user accounts, logins, or passwords.
